- Iconic is a 12 year old café in Bankstown Central Shopping Centre. As an established brand, they wanted to expand their reach through social media in order to be more visible to local patrons.
- The café also had a new menu being launched and wanted to showcase several new dishes, as well as demonstrate their unparalleled service and friendly environment perfect for the busy shopper. The overall aim was to manage the brand and create local awareness.
